The trail takes a wide turn to North turning into a mule track and then crosses a flourishing chestnut wood with some rises and descents. On arriving in a valley, the mule track turns into a trail again and here the only true ascent of the whole excursion begins.

This rise brings you to the plain where the little Church of the Three Kings stands, in the shade of a centuries-old linden tree.
