The vaults are depicted with the stories of St. Hermagoras and St. Fortunatus, as well as with the stories of St. Mark (one of the fresco paintings depicts the arrival of St. Mark in Aquileia).
In the bottom right-handed corner of the wall there are poorly defined paintings, almost sketches, depicting crusaders.
